Arnold George Thurston, 74, of Meadow View Apartments in North Charlestown, NH, died at his home on October 28, 2008.

He was born in Roxbury, VT on October 21, 1934 the son of Henry Lyman and Ruth Viana  (Perno) Thurston and had resided in the Claremont area since 1978.

He retired in 1996 from Dorr Woolen Mill where he worked as a machine tender for seventeen years.  He enjoyed junking.

The surviving family includes three sons, Bruce E. Thurston, Sr. and his girl friend Cheryl Bundy, of Charlestown, Greg Rainville of St Albans, VT and Theodore Terjelian of Lewiston, ME; one daughter, Donna Gagne of Manchester, NH;  also several step children; several grand and great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

He was pre-deceased by several brothers and sisters.

A time of fellowship and sharing will be held at a later date.
