Bertha Estelle (Jones) Rouillard passed away on April 26, 2008.  She was born in Brattleboro, VT on July 20, 1924.  Bertha was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carleton R. Rouillard in October 1996; her daughter Barbara Ann Howe in 2004; and siblings Bernice, Brenton, Barbara, Cynthia and Connie.

Bertha is survived by two sons, Edward C. Rouillard and his wife Joann of Silverthorne, CO and Carl R. Rouillard and his wife Liz of Charlestown, NH; one daughter Patricia A. Whitcomb and her husband Marv of Travelers Rest, SC.  She has seven grandchildren, Leslie, Lisa, Matthew, Renee, Michele, Jennifer, and Brianna.  Bertha has nine great-grandchildren.

Bertha loved family, flowers, friends and fellowship.  She had superlative skills in cooking, cleaning, caring for children, customers and company.  Bertha belonged to many organizations such as the Grange, Legion Auxiliary, V.F.W. Auxiliary and church clubs.  Throughout her life she made friends easily while enjoying her work in the home care industry, service industry and cosmetic sales industry.

Visiting will be held at Carl and Liz’s home at 173 Michael Avenue in Charlestown, NH on Monday, May 5^th from 4 to 7 PM and a memorial service on Tuesday at 1 PM.
