Emile Zurek, 94, of Pillsbury Street in Claremont, died Sunday morning,
February 10, 2008 at the Haven Health Center of Claremont.

He was a native and life long resident of Claremont, NH, born on November
14, 1914 the son of Frank and Mary Helen (Grela) Zurek.

He attended local schools and was a graduate of Stevens High School.

Emile was a communicant and very active member of St Joseph Church.

He was the manager of the Latchis  Building and ran the local theater for 34
years.

The surviving family includes one sister, Florence Couto and several
cousins.

He was pre-deceased by one sister, Aurelia Zurek and one brother,  Alfred L.
Zurek.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning, February 13th at Eleven
O'clock in the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont with
Rev. Father Stanley J, Piwowar, Pastor of St Joseph Church, officiating.

Interment will be at a later date in the spring in St Mary's Cemetery.
