Sally Ann Mitchell, of Cornish, NH died at her home on January 24th 2008
from the effects of Multiple Myeloma.

Sally Ann was born on Oct. 9th 1951 in Bronx, NY to Patrick and Maryann
Mitchell (Conway).

Sally Ann had many achievements in her life and those who knew her knew them
well.  It is hard to believe that one life touched so many.  "A splash of
sunshine, a lilt of Irish laughter, a rainbow of happiness."

There will be no calling hours or traditional service.  In lieu of flowers,
Sally Ann would appreciate your participation and/or donations to the Sally
O'Mally team in this years' Prouty Rally to be held on July 12, 2008.  There
will be a celebration of Sally Ann's life this spring at the Community
Baptist Church in Plainfield, NH.  The date to be announced.
