Thelma Eugene Fecteau, 82, of Townhouse Road in Cornish, died Tuesday
morning, March 18, 2008 at her home.

She was born in Unity, NH on May 1, 1925 the daughter of George D. and
Barbara (Harten) LeClair, and resided in Cornish for the past twenty-eight
years.   She graduated from Windsor High School.

Mrs. Fecteau worked at Goodyear in Windsor, VT and the Holliston Manor
Nursing Home as a nurse's aid in Holliston, MA

She loved being a grandmother and great-grandmother and enjoyed crocheting,
bingo, picking blueberries, gardening and flowers.

The surviving family includes her husband, Leon E. Fecteau of Cornish whom
he married on December 15, 1945; one daughter, Mrs.  Dennis (Donna) Serocki
of Mendon, MA; two sons, Brian Fecteau and David Fecteau and his wife
Dorothy all of Bellingham, MA; nine grandchildren; fifteen
great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Edward (Freda) Jones of Cornish,
Mrs. Christos (Barbara) Lillios of Bow and Mrs. George (Rosemary) Clark of
E. Hartford, CT; three brothers, George LeClair, Jr. of Tucson, AZ, Arthur
LeClair and his wife Charlotte of Windsor, VT and Frederick LeClair and his
wife Carol of Orlando, FL; also numerous nieces and nephews and one
brother-in-law, Rene Patenaude and two sister-in-laws, Sachi LeClair and
Donna LeClair.

She was pre-deceased by one sister, Theresa Patenaude and two brothers,
Joseph LeClair and Bruce LeClair.

Friends may call at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont
on Friday evening from 6 to 8 PM.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday afternoon, March 22nd at One-Thirty
O'clock at the Funeral Home with Rev. Dale Louise Nicholas, Pastor of the
United Church of Cornish, officiating.

Interment will be at a later date in the spring in Comings Cemetery in
Cornish.
