William H. Powers Sr. 55, of 159 Morways Park in Charlestown died at his home, Tuesday April 28, 2008 of a sudden illness.

He was born November 3, 1952 in Boston MA the son of James and Grace (Black) Powers Sr. and had resided in Charlestown for the last four years.

The immediate family includes his wife of thirty five years, Arlene (Marshall) Powers; one daughter, Hollie Porter and her husband, Trent of Derry, NH;

one son, William H. Powers II and his wife, Stacie Baker of Charlestown;

three grandchildren, Kaylin and Katie Porter and William H. Powers III.

A Memorial service will be held at a later date in the Manchester, NH area.
