Esther Florence Allard, 88, of Marion Phillips, Claremont and recently Sullivan County Health Care, Unity died January 21, 2009 suddenly at Valley Regional Hospital.  She was born in Lebanon, NH on December 22, 1920 the daughter of Arthur P. and Lizzie (Kimball) Cole.

She was employed with the Sullivan County Homemaker Services cleaning homes in the area.  She was a wonderful mother to her children.

Esther was predeceased by her husband Bruce in 1990 and her daughter Sandra Temple.

The family includes three daughters; Martha Soper of Newfoundland Canada, Maxine Truell of Charlestown and Christine Patterson and her husband Walter of Lempster.  Four sons; Harvey Cutts of Tennessee, Bruce Cutts and his wife Barbara of Claremont, James Allard and his wife Shirley of Lempster and Tony Allard and his wife Karen of Claremont.

 Twenty three grandchildren, twenty eight great grandchildren and thirteen great great grandchildren. A very close friend of the family, Carlene Roy.

A celebration of life will be held at the Claremont Elk’s Lodge on Pleasant Street, Sunday, January 26, 2009 from 1-3 pm.
