Malcolm Theron Hall, formally of 15 Bellevue Avenue in Claremont, NH died on November 11, 2009 in Winter Haven, Florida. He was born in Kittery, ME on March 25, 1922, the son of Lester and Muriel Hall. Malcolm served in the US Army during WWII. After the war he worked as a carpenter in Hanover, NH until he joined the People’s National Bank in Claremont, retiring in 1986 as President of Indian Head National Bank. After retiring, he made his home in Winter Haven, FL where he became an active tennis player and musician playing the sax and clarinet in several bands in Florida. He was predeceased by his wife of over 50 years, C. Jean Hall. Malcolm is survived by one son, Brad T. Hall of Billings, MT; three daughters, Deb LeBlanc and her husband, Norman of Plymouth, NH, Cherie Ryan and her husband, Bill of Claremont, NH, and Bev Hall-Savoie of Somers, CT; four grandsons, Michael and Daniel LeBlanc, Kipp and Timothy Ryan; one great granddaughter, Reese Ryan; two great grandsons, Kaeden and Carter Ryan. There will be a memorial service for Malcolm at the First Congregational Church in Claremont, NH on Monday, December 7, 2009 at 10:30 in the morning with Pastor Priscilla Hull of First United Methodist Church officiating. A light luncheon will follow. Burial will take place at the Lakeview Cemetery in Newbury, NH. Memorial donations may be made either to the charity of ones choice or to the Good Shepherd Hospice, 105 Arneson Avenue, Auburndale, FL 33823. |
