E. Lee Joslin, 59, of Harmony Lane died unexpectedly Saturday morning February 6, 2010 at Valley Regional Hospital.

She was born in Hartford, CT on August 26, 1950 the daughter of Robert A. and Marion F. (Hines) Savage and resided in Claremont for the past twenty years. She was raised and educated in Newington and Hartford, CT.

Lee and her late husband Peter F. Doering own and operate Industrial Engravers, Inc on the Charlestown Road in Claremont. Lee was widowed by Peter on April 24, 2004.

On February 26, 2006 Lee married Roger A. Joslin and sold the farm house on Bible Hill and moved to Alaska where Roger was from but because of health problems they moved back to Claremont keeping the engraving business operating to this day.

The family includes her husband Roger of Claremont; three daughters, Linda-Merry Gayle and Kelly Ann Bartlet , both of Virginia, Tracy-Lee Klein of West Hartford, CT, two brothers Frederick W. Savage of Newington, CT and Robert W. Savage of Florida, nine grandchildren. also several nieces and nephews.

She was pre-deceased by one daughter, Catherine-Jean Bryenton.

Friends may call at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street on Monday evening February 8th from 6 to 8 PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday Morning, February 9th at 11AM in St Joseph Church with Rev. George Majka, Pastor, officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
