She was born in Bennington, VT on February 7, 1935 the daughter of Mariam & Robert Barber. She lived in Charlestown most of her life.

She retired from D.T. Industries in Hyannis, MA in 1997 where she worked as an office assistant for several years.

She was predeceased by her husband Malcolm Royce whom she married on February 20, 1953, her sister Marjorie Patrick, and both her parents.

Her surviving family include three sons, Michael Royce, and his wife Darlene of Vero Beach, FL, Robert Royce and his wife Diane of Hendersonville, TN, and Jeffrey Royce and his wife Sharon of Berwick, ME; one daughter Kelly Royce of Chelsea, VT; also six grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, one sister Jeanne Tremblay and her husband Jacques and several nieces and nephews.

A time of fellowship and sharing will be held Friday June 4th from 2-3 pm at the Charlestown Memorial Chapel, 34 Main St. Charlestown, NH. Interment to immediately follow at the Pine Crest Cemetery.
