Blanche A. Condon, 75, of Royce Street in Claremont, NH died Monday, April 5, 2010 at Valley Regional Hospital.

She was born in Laconia, NH on February 28, 1935 the daughter of Alfred and Irene (Parent) Dupont.

She was a graduate of St Mary High School.

Blanche was a Licensed Nurse’s Assistant and worked at the Sullivan County Nursing Home and Valley Regional Hospital.

She was the widow of Joseph “Peaches” Condon whom she married on March 13, 1953. He died July 16, 2002.

The surviving family includes one daughter, Anna St. Pierre and her husband, Ronald of Ogdensburg, NY; two sons, Gary Condon and his wife, Beverly of Lynchburg, VA and Walter “Rocky” Condon and his wife, Michele of Claremont, NH; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one brother, Alfred Dupont of NJ and FL; one sister, Theresa LaPointe of Claremont, NH; also several nieces and nephews.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Peachie, one brother, Oscar F. Dupont and one sister, Rita Forcier.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April  8, 2010 at 11AM in the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street, Claremont, NH with Rev. Father Shawn Therrien of St Mary Church officiating.

Burial will follow in St Mary Cemetery.
