Charles Gregory Peck, 63, of Summer Street in Claremont, NH died at his home on Monday afternoon, August 30, 2010. 

Charles was born in Providence, RI on Jan. 23, 1947 the son of Edmond and Veronica (Allen) Peck and had resided in Claremont most of his life.

He worked at Dr. Scholl’s in Cincinnati, OH for ten years and had previously worked for the City of Claremont Cemetery Dept., Dartmouth Woolen Mill, Dorr Woolen Mill, Claremont Flock and Grobet File Co.

The surviving family includes his wife, Gloria A. (Filiault) Peck of Claremont whom he first married on June 24,1984; two children, Sherrie West and Rhonda Whittaker; five grandchildren; three sisters, Veronica Dubreuil and her husband, Ernest and Maxine Gibbs all of Claremont, Cindy Lamy and her husband, Rene of Charlestown also several nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was pre-deceased by three brothers, Edmond Peck, Jr., Roger Peck and Frank Peck.

There will be a get together of family and friends on Saturday afternoon, September 4, 2010 at 1:00PM at the Claremont Elk’s Lodge on Summer Street.
