Hunter Michael Dashnaw died March 1, 2010, unexpectedly at home. He was born on April 1st 2009 and thou you were with us but a short time, your presence will remain in our hearts and minds forever. Hunter you could melt any heart, even without trying. There was just something special about you, it might have been those soft curly red locks or perhaps those little goofy ears of yours, but when you gazed through those beautiful long lashes, with those enormous blue eyes, it was as if an angel was in our presence and you captured all those that gazed back.  No words can ever say how much you will be missed and no day will ever go by without us saying we love you, all we can say is thank you, our little guardian angel for the delight you gave us while you were here.

Hunter leaves behind a very large and loving family, his Mom and Dad Jeremy and Sasha (Sweeney) Dashnaw, his 9 year old brother Chase who loved sharing his Transformers with him, his 6 year old sister Taylor who could not wait to play with him every day after school and his 3 year old sister Jersey that for some reason never would leave his diaper on, his Nana Karen Simonds, Grandfather Buddy Sweeney, Grandparents William and Tracy Laskey, Great Grandparents Albert and Alberta Sweeney,  all from Claremont NH and Great Grandmother Shirley Wetmore of Concord NH,  his Great-Great Grandmother Alice Kerr of Bellows Falls VT.  His Aunts and Uncles Keira and Jimmy Ghio, Joanne and Bob Madeja, Jennifer and Jason Robitille, Justin Sweeney and Dave Kenison, Mike Dashnaw and Jackie Chartier, and Chris Dashnaw, his Great Uncle Ralph and Aunt Laura Simonds of Mooresville NC and Great Uncle Bobby and Aunt Debbie Sailor from Claremont, NH, not to mention numerous other uncles, aunts, cousins and friends from NH, VT, NC, and NY. Hunter shared a very close and mystical bound with his Cousin Ryan, even thou Hunter is no longer with us, this bound, this friendship, this merging of their souls will continue to be, for now and for eternity.

Hunter was preceded in death by his Great-Grandparents Earl and Gloria (Emerson) Simonds of Claremont NH whom Hunter will be laid rest with in the spring, at the Saxtons River Cemetery in Vermont.

Hunter enjoyed many things in his short life; his brothers and sisters bedrooms were like Disney to him as he would leave the room of Transformers and crawl his way down the hall to enter the World of Pink Frills and Princesses. But what he loved most was, NASCAR Racing, he loved sitting for hours with Mom and Dad and watch the race, even when he was feeling blue and cranky, all it took was a race and he would be a happy little camper. We ask that all who have been touched by our little race fan to please join us in celebration of his life and help us share the many memories that Hunter was so gracious to give us.
