Kenneth Loren Weaver, Jr., 65, of South Hemlock Road in Charlestown, died Thursday, April 8, 2010 at the Maplewood Nursing Home in Westmoreland surrounded by his loving family after a long courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Randolph, VT on September 20, 1944 the son of Kenneth L. and Evelyn M. (Schofield) Weaver and had resided in Charlestown for the past thirty years. He loved hunting and fishing. He served in the US Navy from 1962 – 1964. Mr. Weaver was an electrician and worked at Fibermark in Brattleboro, VT for thirty years. The surviving family includes his wife, Diane (Audette) Weaver of Charlestown whom he married on May 29, 1970; three daughters, Deborah Truesdell of Winchester, NH, Cynthia Pearson of Brattleboro, VT and Sandra Pearson of Swanzey, NH; one son, Craig Pearson of Pensacola, FL; six grandchildren; two brothers, Paul Weaver and David Weaver both of Charlestown; one sister, Pauline McFadden of Charlestown; also two special nephews, Michael and Ryan Weaver of Charlestown and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and his faithful dog, Hunter. As per Kenneth’s wishes there are no visiting hours or services. Private graveside services will be in Pine Crest Cemetery in Charlestown.
