Gary C. “Jack” Slade, 69, of Bible Hill Road, Claremont died suddenly July 5, 2011 at his home.

He was a born in Claremont on March 12, 1942 the son of Carlton and Veronica (Young) Slade.

In keeping with Jack’s request there will be no funeral services.
