James Henry Thedford, 19, of White Water Brook Road in Claremont, NH died Saturday morning, December 10, 2011 from a car accident on Route 120 in Claremont.

He was born in Norfolk, VA on September 1, 1992 the son of Henry and Jayne (Madeja) Thedford.

 He was a graduate of Stevens High School in the Class of 2010. He was pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering at UNH.

James was working for Hypertherm in Hanover as an Order Fulfillment Specialist.

He enjoyed playing football, rugby, baseball and basketball.

James was loved by everyone who knew him and was such a kind soul who looked out for everyone he cared about.

He is survived by his parents; one sister, Katelyn Thedford of Claremont; his maternal grandmother, Elaine Madeja of Claremont; uncles, Joseph Madeja and Marc Madeja both of Claremont and James Masters of Greenbrier, AR; aunts, Oma Massey of Bauxite, AR and Frances Jennings of Perryville, AR; innumerable cousins and many close friends.

He was pre-deceased by his maternal grandfather, Stanley Madeja, paternal grandparents, James Henry and Hazel Marie Thedford and one aunt, Mary Seybold.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, December 13th from 6-8 PM at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street, Claremont, NH.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Joseph Church on Wednesday, December 14th at 11:00 AM with Rev. Father Stanley Piwowar, officiating.

Interment will follow in St Mary Cemetery.
