Mildred L. Dube, 89, formerly of Maple Avenue in Claremont, NH died Monday morning, February 21, 2011 at the Sullivan County Health Care.

She was born on July 15, 1921 in Meredith, NH the daughter of Franklin and Cora (Kelley) Copp.

Mildred married George A. Dube, Sr. on May 23, 1942 and had enjoyed over 68 years together.

The family includes her husband of Claremont; two sons, George A. Dube Jr. and his wife, Alice of Fairview, AL and James L. Dube and his wife, Lois of Claremont, NH; four grandsons; one granddaughter; nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Frances A. Gould of Claremont, NH; also nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death one brother, Lawrence C. Copp in 1988 and two sisters, Evelyn Dauphin in 1999 and Helen Warner in 2004.

Funeral services will be held Saturday morning, February 26th at 11am in the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street with Pastor Priscilla Hull Officiating.

Visiting hours will be held from 10 to 11am prior to the service.

Burial will follow in West Claremont Burying Grounds.
