Paula grew up with many interests and hobbies.  She enjoyed raising horses, riding wherever she needed and wanted to go.  She entered horse shows, riding competitions, and even traveled to Kentucky to attend the Kentucky Derby.  She took pride in knitting for others, making many pairs of mittens, scarves, and hats for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren to keep warm in.  She was an avid race fan, watching NASCAR with her husband and attending the Claremont Speedway for years to see many generations of family members compete.  She attended the Fair every year when it came to the small town of Cornish.  She took great pride in dressing her family and friends up for the parade, entering crafts and playing bingo.  She was so proud of her grandchildren and attended their sporting events, concerts, or school programs faithfully.  She always had on a smile and would be ready to share a story about something positive that they had accomplished.  She often would be introduced to friends of her grandchildren, and she would say, “Oh, just call me Gram, everyone does.”  She will be loved and missed by many!
