Ralph E. Clayton Sr., 66, died Tuesday evening, December 27, 2011 at his home in East Lempster after fighting the good fight of Lung and Brain Cancer. He was born in Manchester, NH on June 19, 1945, the son of Graham and Francis (Booth) Clayton. He was a machinist who worked most recently at Thermal Dynamics in Lebanon, NH. Ralph enjoyed riding his Harley, going to Hampton Beach and Hermit Island, Foxwood’s and Las Vegas. He will be missed by his family and many special friends. Ralph’s family includes his wife, Nancy Royce-Clayton whom he married on November 3, 1995; two daughters, Linda Manseau and Lisa Clayton both of Newport; two sons, Ralph Clayton Jr. of Newport and Aaron Bunker of Claremont; 7 grandchildren and his father-in-law, Elwin Royce. He was pre-deceased by his parents, his brother, George Clayton and two nephews, George Clayton and Nathan Clayton. A private graveside service will be held in the spring in the Lempster Cemetery. |
