Eva Hill, 94, a Charlestown Road resident in Claremont died Friday evening, November 30, 2012 at Elm Wood Center.

She was a native and life long resident of Claremont born on Aug 22, 1918, the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Zuk) Michalenoick.

She worked for Keegan Donut Shop, Holsum Bakery Company and Goddard Bakery Company. For many years Eva did event catering for the Charlestown Biblical Center.

The family includes two sons, William J. Kittredge Sr. and his wife, Joyce of Litchfield, NH; Gary R. Hill and his wife, Suzane of North Carolina; one daughter, Cynthia Stearns and her companion, Robert Spaulding Sr. of Cornish; sixteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, William H. Kittredge who died on June 13, 1949; her second husband, Stanley E. Hill who died on February 23, 1972; one son, Thomas Kittredge; one step-son, Wayne Hill; three brothers; two sisters; a son-in-law, Gary Stearns and a daughter-in-law, Dorothy Kittredge.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 5th at 11:00AM in the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont with Pastor Scott Kearns, officiating.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 11:00AM prior to the service.

Burial will follow in the Mountain View Cemetery.
