Glennia Cirone, 94, of Sullivan County Health Care in Unity and formerly of Weatherby Road in Charlestown died Monday, November 12, 2012.

She was born in Ticonderoga, NY on June 25, 1918 the daughter of Alexander and Merol (Harpp) Osier. She resided in Charlestown for twenty-six years and previously in Thomaston, CT for sixteen years.

Mrs. Cirone retired in 1983 from the Taft School where she worked as a seamstress and had previously worked at Sullivan Laundry.

She was the widow of Truman Cirone whom she married on January 7, 1939 and he died in 2006.

The surviving family includes one son, Ronald Cirone and his wife, Linda of Bristol, CT; two daughters, Diane Ring of Langdon, NH and Vanessa Fifield and her husband, Daniel of Williamstown, VT; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

She was pre-deceased by her parents, a brother, Merritt Osier and a son-in-law, Raymond Ring.

Funeral Services will be held at the Charlestown Memorial Chapel on Main Street on Saturday, November 17^th at 1:00PM with Pastor Harold Noyes, officiating.

Interment will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery.
