John P. Theriault, 66, died Saturday afternoon, April 28, 2012 at the Elm Wood Center of Claremont.

He was born in Van Buren, ME on February 17, 1946 the son of John and Ida (Dufour) Theriault.

John  grew up in Maine and later moved to N.H. where he became a logger.

His family includes a son, John; a daughter, Jessica; a brother, Jim; two  sisters, Hilda and Barbara and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased in death by his parents, his wife Judy and three sisters  Andrea, Rena and Jean.

There will be no calling hours or funeral services.

A family gathering and graveside ceremony will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations may be made in his memory to a cancer fund of one’s choice.
