Gloria Jean Thibodeau, 62, Cardinal Lane in Claremont passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Valley Regional Hospital surrounded by her family. 

She was born in Claremont on June 20, 1951 the daughter of Hercule J. and Thelma (Clough) Thibault.

Gloria had attended school in Claremont and was employed by Rugers for 18 years before she became ill.

She was a talented floral designer, crafter, quilter and also enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, needle work and braiding rugs. 

Gloria loved spending time camping at Mascoma Lake, going to yard sales, doing craft fairs and playing with her dogs, Fred and Molly.

The surviving family includes her husband, Richard Thibodeau of Claremont and his daughters, Terri Wilson and her husband, Tom of Claremont, Lisa Thompson of Vermont; grandchildren; one great grandchild; one sister, Linda Smith of Wolfboro; two brothers, Steven Thibault of Marborough, MA and Kevin Thibault of TN; one sister-in-law, Karlin Bastian; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, August 22nd from 6-8PM at Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street, Claremont, NH.

Graveside services will be conducted at the West Claremont Burying Grounds in Claremont on Friday, August 23rd at 11AM with Rev. Father George Majka, Pastor of St. Joseph Church in Claremont.
