Helene B. Norman, 84, of Charlestown, NH died on Monday, October 14, 2013 at Elm Wood Center in Claremont, NH.

She was born in Sunapee, NH on May 6, 1929 the daughter of Clayton R. and Mildred C. (Scranton) Buswell.

She was a graduate of Stevens High School in the Class of 1947.

Helene was a receptionist most of her life working at Valley Regional Hospital and Sullivan County Nursing Home.

She was a communicant of the Union Episcopal Church.

The family includes her husband, Robert Norman whom she married on July 1, 1966; her daughter, Catherine Barnes of Havelock, NC; her son, A. Dean Scott of Conroe, TX; her sister, Nancy Decoteau of Pittsburg, NH; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; also many nieces, nephews and cousins and her beloved dog, Molly.

She was preceded in death by a son, Peter Scott in 2002, by her granddaughter, Traci L. Scott and 3 sisters and 1 brother.

Funeral services will be held privately.
