Jennifer J. Szelangowski, 36, of Ledgewood Drive in Claremont, NH died on Friday, December 13, 2013 at her home.

She was born in Hanover, NH on March 4, 1977 the daughter of Michael Hammond and Antoinette (Laramie) Brooks.

Jenn was a graduate of Lebanon High School in the Class of 1995.

She worked at the Eagle Times newspaper as an advertising coordinator and classified supervisor.

Jenn loved being a mom. She was also very excited about expecting her first grandchild. She loved her dogs and scrapbooking.

Her family includes her husband, Joseph Szelangowski whom she married on May 16, 2001; her children, Jason Hammond and his girlfriend, Harmonie Cosgrove, Matthew Szelangowski and Blake Szelangowski all of Claremont; her father, Michael Hammond of Lyme; her mother, Toni Brooks of Enfield; her sister, Nicole Odell of Jacksonville, NC and two nephews, Logan and Dylan.

Friends and family may call at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street, Claremont on Wednesday, December 18^th from 6 to 8PM.

A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, December 19^th at 11AM with Pastor Walter McDaniel officiating.
