Jesse E. Welch, 34, of Charlestown, passed away on May 4, 2013. Jesse was born in Claremont, NH to Mark E. Welch, of Charlestown on July 23, 1978.

Jesse attended Fall Mountain Regional High School. Over the years Jesse has lived in several different areas but would always find his way back to Charlestown where he was born and raised. Jesse was a very carefree person and always loved to spend his time with friends and family.

Jesse is survived by his brother Al Welch of Charlestown; his sister Mindy Welch of Kentucky; and his sister Jasmine Arnhold of Florida. Also surviving Jesse are his four children; his grandmother Esther Adams of Walpole; his grandfather Charles Smith of Kentucky; and various aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A service will be held privately.
