Joseph Lee Peters, 63 of Bank Drive Lane in North Walpole, NH died on March 5, 2013 at his home.

He was born in Parkersburg, WV on March 27, 1949 the son of Joseph and Lillian (Stevens) Peters.

He joined the US Army after graduating high school. He was the rank of Sergeant in both the Army and National Guard.

He loved to play music and played in the 39^th Infantry Band.

He is survived by his wife, Jody L. (Trombley) Peters whom he married on October 16, 2004; also nine children and step-children.

Friends and family are asked to call at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont on Saturday, March 9^th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7:30PM. A funeral service will be held at 7:30PM with Loni Janissee officiating. Followed by military honors.
