Geary A. Lee, 61, of Charlestown passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2014 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.

He was born in Springfield, VT on October 4, 1953, the son of Clarence Lee and Bertha (Wright) Davis.

Geary loved his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them.

He was an avid racing and sports fan, especially Jimmy Johnson and the Patriots.

Geary was a member of the Charlestown Congregational Church.

He was a talented woodworker and leathersmith.

The family includes two sons, Christopher Lee of Danbury, NH, Bruce Lee and his wife, Laurie of Springfield, NH; one daughter, Crystal Sanborn and her husband, Billy of Claremont; his mother, Bertha Davis of Claremont; thirteen grandchildren, one brother, Charles Lee and his wife, Linda of Claremont; three sisters, Judy Stevens and her husband, Buck of Camden, TN, Diane Sprano and her husband, John of Claremont and JoAnne Desilets and her husband, Ron of Claremont; several nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his father, Clarence Lee and one sister, Gloria Simoneau.

Visiting hours will be held at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont on Saturday, January 3^rd from 1-3 PM.

Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM at the Funeral Home, with Rev. Susan Grant Rosen, Pastor of the Charlestown Congregational Church.

A reception will follow at the American Legion in Claremont from 4-6 PM.

A graveside service will be held at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Springfield, VT on Saturday, May 23^rd at 2:30PM with Rev. Susan Grant Rosen officiating.
