Jo-anne Laurie Wallace, 70, of Charlestown, NH died on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Springfield Hospital after a 3 year battle with Kidney Disease.

She was born in Windsor, VT on July 4, 1943 the daughter of Lucian and Virginia Laurie.

She liked to travel, vacationing in Maine and reading.

The family includes her mother, Virginia Laurie; her children, Halvor Johnson of Rogers, AR, Sue Ellen Cole of Woodstock, VT, John Johnson Thompson of Sunapee, Jamie Johnson of Unity, Dayle Stillings of Springfield, VT and Cindy Burke of Mountain Grove, MO; 16 grandchildren and many great grandchildren; a sister, Phyllis Potter and a brother, Lucian “Butch” Laurie.

She was preceded in death by her father in 2007 and a brother, Dave Laurie in 2001.

There will be no visiting hours or funeral service.
