Elizabeth Louise Baerhuk, 84, of Hanover Street in Claremont, NH died on February 7, 2015 at Valley Regional Hospital.

She was born in Springfield, MA on March 20, 1930 the daughter of Roy H. and Elizabeth T. (Sanders) Jones.

Elizabeth was a graduate of Stevens High School in the class of 1948.

She was an avid reader especially of cookbooks and loved to cook.

The family includes her husband, Walter Baerhuk of Claremont; her children, Brian Johnson of Unity, Bruce Johnson of Louden, Sonia Baerhuk of Maynard, MA and Beth Baerhuk of Claremont; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Walter Baerhuk, Jr.
