Lawrence Marinus Neilsen, III, 54, of Charlestown, NH died on May 25, 2015 at his home.

He was born in Springfield, VT on March 27, 1961 the son of Lawrence M. and Beryl Josephine (Winot) Neilsen, Jr.

Larry was a fanatic for the Beatles and enjoyed golf and sports in general. In his younger years he would go camping and racing. He loved going to the White Mountains and Clarks Trading Post. His favorite movies were Tombstone and Apollo 13 and would often repeat the movies word for word. He had a dry sense of humor. He didn’t have an enemy in this world and will be loved and missed by all.

The family includes his wife, Tammie J. (Bashaw) Neilsen; his son, Lawrence M. Nielsen, IV and his wife, Jessica L.; his daughter, Jessica Kate Neilsen; his grandson, Maddox Neilsen all of Claremont; his two sisters, Katherine Neilsen of Williamsburg, VA and Vanessa Neilsen of North Walpole also many cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends and family may call at the Charlestown Memorial Chapel, 34 Main Street on Thursday evening from 6 to 8PM.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St Catherine of Siena Church on Main Street in Charlestown on Friday, June 5^th at 11AM with Father Steven Lepine officiating.

Interment will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery.
