Paul Thomas Descoteau, 68, of Stewart Avenue died on Friday, January 30,
2015 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.
He was born in Lancaster, NH on
June 28, 1946 the son of Robert and Blanche (Gagne) Descoteau.
He worked for Dartmouth Woolen in the 70’s and retired from Sturm Ruger
Company in 2012 after twenty two years.
Paul had belonged to the St Mary Cavaliers. He was an avid Red Sox fan,
liked watching wrestling, enjoyed listening to country music and loved
playing horseshoes.
The family includes his wife, Annette (Dubreuil) Descoteau whom he
married on August 27, 1977; his brother, Andy Descoteau and his wife,
Carol of Claremont; niece and nephew, Kerry Descoteau and Jeff
Descoteau; his brother-in-law, Raymond Dubreuil of Henderson, NV and
many cousins.
Friends and family may call at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad
Street in Claremont on Tuesday evening, February 3rd from 7
to 9pm.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St Mary Church on Wednesday
morning at 11am with Father Shawn Therrien, officiating.
Burial will follow in St Mary Cemetery.
The family suggests donations in his memory can be made to St. Jude
Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN
