Caroline Louise Daniels, 77, of Hanover Street in Claremont, died Sunday
evening, June 5, 2005 peacefully at her home surrounded by her entire
family.  She was born in Waltham, MA on March 8, 1928 the daughter of Edward and Ida (Stimpson) Wells and lived in Claremont mostly all her life,
formerly of Mulberry Street and Mann Court.  She was educated in Claremont
schools.

Mrs. Daniels  was employed in the past years at Ames Department Store and
various shoe shops.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Women's International
Bowling Congress and CVWBA.

She was the widow of Lawrence J. Daniels whom she married on May 29, 1948.

The surviving family includes two daughters, Kathie J. LaPorte and her
significant other, Rick Blake of Claremont and Marguerite Martin and her
husband Lawrence of Londonderry;  four grandchildren, Gwendolyn Melcher and her husband, Robert and Daniel LaPorte both of Claremont, Jennifer Foster
and her husband, Edward of Melrose, MA and Amy Sanborn and her husband,
Joseph of Manchester; five great-grandchildren, Alexis and Zachary Melcher
of Claremont, Madison and Kelsey Sanborn of Manchester and Olivia Foster of
Melrose, MA also nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was pre-deceased by one sister, Eleanor Lussier who died in 2002.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon, June 9th at Three O'clock
in the Stringer Funeral Home with Deacon Edward Burgess, of the Raymond
Baptist Church officiating.

Interment will follow in Weathersfield Bow Cemetery in Weathersfield, VT.

Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 2 to 3 PM prior to the
services.
