1941 Photo of the Funeral Home

     The building was built in 1851. It was established as a funeral home in the mid-twenties and was known as the Marcotte Funeral Service.  In 1940 the home was later acquired by the McCusker family.   The Stringers purchased the home in 1972.   They also purchased the Stoughton-Davis Funeral Home in 1988.  Stringer's also operate the Charlestown Memorial Chapel in Charlestown, NH.
