A graveside committal service for Ronald John Riviezzo, 51, of Littleton, NH,
who died December 7, 2004 after a long fight with cancer, was held in St
Mary Cemetery in Claremont, NH with Rev. Father Stanley
J. Piwowar, Pastor of St Joseph Church, 0fficiating.

He was born in Claremont, NH on January 29, 1953 the son of Alfonso Joseph
and Laurette (De Grandmaison) Riviezzo.

He was a graduate of Stevens High School and later served in the US Coast
Guard.

Ronald worked as a chef and worked in resorts in Maine, NY, Florida, Nevada
and Alaska.  He was best known for setting up and running the soup kitchen
which fed victims and workers in the aftermath on the WTC catastrophe on
9/11.  He was an accomplished musician and at one time was the drummer in a
Sunapee Band which was a precursor to Aerosmith.

The surviving family includes one brother, Louis Riviezzo of Florida; two
sisters, Betty Hlibka of New Jersey and Laurette  Salewski of Maryland also
several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family suggest that donations may be made in his memory to the American
Cancer Society, the Gail Singer Memorial Building, 360 Route 101 Unit #8,
Bedford, NH 03110.
