Conchita Stone Carbee, 83, formerly of Durham Avenue in Claremont, died
Friday evening, August 25, 2006 at the Haven Health Center of Claremont.

She was born on May 25, 1923 and was a foster child of Earl Russell and Mary
(Gardner) Stone.

She graduated from Stevens High School in the Class of 1943, she received
her Registered Nursing Degree from S.B.G. School of Nursing and also
attended two years at the University of Maryland at Baltimore.

She worked at various hospitals and nursing homes in her career.

She was the widow of Glendon N. Carbee whom she married on September 3, 1965
and he died October 13, 1991.

The surviving family includes a sister-in-law, Bernice Pinckney of
Littleton; a step-son, Steven Carbee and his wife, Patricia of Douglas, MA;
a step-daughter-in-law, Mrs. John "Bobbie" Carbee of Spotsylvania, VA; eight
grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

There are no visiting hours.

Graveside committal services will be Wednesday, August 30th  in Village
Cemetery in Colebrook, NH.
