Dorothy May Moody, 97, formerly of 12 Leslie Avenue for 42 years in
Claremont, died Wednesday morning, August 10, 2005 at the Valley Regional
Hospital.

She was born in Windsor, VT on January 13, 1908 the daughter of Leon and
Mildred (Robertson) Monroe.

She was the widow of Ralph E. Moody whom she married on September 8, 1925.  He died May 27, 1988.  She was pre-deceased by three brothers, Milton
Monroe, Lawrence A. "Pete" Monroe and Paul Monroe and two sisters, Charlotte L. Mulherin and Lois J. Stone.

The surviving family includes one brother, Calvin E. Monroe and his wife,
Dora of Windsor, VT and nieces and nephews.

There will be no visiting hours.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Aug. 13th One-Thirty PM at the
Trinity Evangelical Free Church in Windsor, VT with Rev. David Jones, Pastor
officiating.

Private internment was in West Claremont Burial Ground in Union Cemetery.

The family suggests that donations may be made in her memory to the Trinity
