Evelyn Margaret Landry, 61, of Roosevelt Road in Claremont, died Tuesday,
April 3, 2007 at her home.

She was born on May 4, 1945 the daughter of Earl and Edith (Fox) MacDonald.
She grew up in Woodstock, VT, lived in Hartford, VT for many years and
resided in Claremont for the past three years.  She started school in a one
room schoolhouse in West Woodstock and graduated from Woodstock Union High
School.

Ms. Landry worked in various clerical positions at the Veterans
Administration Medical Center in White River Junction, VT for some fifteen
years and had previously worked for the Town of Hanover for ten years.

The surviving family includes one brother, John MacDonald and his wife,
Jintana of Windsor, VT; one nephew, Narin Phanthakhot; and one aunt,
Margaret Fox.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. 

The Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont is in charge of
arrangements.

The family suggest that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her
memory to the Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society, Cox District Rd., Woodstock, VT
