Joan Evelyn Reynolds, 78, of Route 120, Cornish, NH, died peacefully at her home on July 15, 2008.

She was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 22, 1929 the daughter of Eugene and Evelyn (Cronin) Kelly and had resided in Cornish since 1982.

She was previously from Westfield, MA for 12 years and Waterbury, CT for 18 years.  Locally, Joan did volunteer work at Valley Regional Hospital.

Joan was an avid Red Socks fan and seldom missed watching a game.

She was predeceased by her long-time companion of 27 years Frederick “Perky” Tryon, two brothers Howard Kelly and Eugene Kelly Jr. and a  longtime close friend Sue Cavanaugh.

The family includes one niece Victoria Giglio and two nephews Howard Kelly and Patrick Kelly.  Also, close friends Angie Melanson and her two children Danielle and DJ and Rex Cavanaugh.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, September 21, 2008 at 1pm in the Edminster Cemetery in Cornish with Rev. William Shaw officiating.
