Judith Marie Colburn, 58, of Jones Road in Charlestown, died Tuesday
afternoon, January 23, 2007 at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in
Lebanon.  She was born in Barre, VT on October 31, 1948 the daughter of
Gordon and Irene (Lamphere) Kennett.  She lived in Langdon for a short time
and in Charlestown for the past twenty-five years.

Judith worked at Whelen Engineering Co. for fifteen years.

She enjoyed fishing with her husband, children and grandchildren.  She also
had fun moose watching and camping with friends and family.

She is survived by her husband, Glenn H. Colburn of Charlestown whom she
married on March 14, 1986; three daughters, Sherry Jones of Enfield, Sheila
Rowe and her husband Michael, Sr. of Charlestown and Lisa Burns of
Vergennes, VT, two sons, Bruce Burns  and his wife, Cheryl of Berwick, ME
and Stanley Burns and his wife, Brenda of Newport; eleven grandchildren;
Brian Burns, Kyle Burns, Rothe Burns, Amanda Jones, Jessica Jones, Justin
LaClair, Dalton Rowe, Jason Rowe, Joshua Rowe, Michael Rowe, Jr. and Tyler
Rowe; three great-grandchildren;  Alexis, Angel and Lindsey Rowe;  four
brothers, Wayne Kennett, James Kennett, Wendell Kennett  and Donald Kennett
all of Charlestown; five sisters, Elaine LaBounty of Charlestown and Dale
McGivern of Westminster, Vt, Bonnie Dalley of Bellows Falls, Vt, Ramona
Sweet of Newbury, Vt and Tina Colburn of Florida;  also numerous nieces,
nephews, cousins and one aunt.  She was pre-deceased by her parents and one
brother, Terry Kennett.

Friends may call at the Charlestown Memorial Chapel, 34 Main Street in
Charlestown on Friday evening from 6 to 8 PM.

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday afternoon, January 27th at Two
O'clock at the Chapel with Rev. Donna Leslie, Pastor of the Croydon Flat
Congregational Church, officiating.

Interment will be at a later date in Pine Crest Cemetery.
