Leonard Bertram Wilson, 75, formerly of the Acworth Road in Charlestown,
died Monday morning, November 14, 2005 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital
in Berlin, NH.

He was born in Woodsville, NH on December 23, 1929 the son of Clayton B. and Doris V. (Seitz) Wilson.  He lived in Berlin for the past  few years and had
previously resided in Charlestown, Piermont, Orford, Bradford, VT, Ludlow,
VT and Springfield, VT.

He was a graduate of Springfield High School in the Class of 1948.

He went thru the Co-op Course and worked at Fellows Gear Shaper and Bryant
Grinder Corp.

He served in the US Army from 1950 to 1952 and was a Life Member of the
Disabled American Veterans.

He was the widower of Norma L. (Snide) Wilson whom he married on July 21,
1951 and she died Jan. 27, 2004.

The surviving family includes one son, Michael L. Wilson and his wife, Holly
of Berlin, NH; two step-grandsons, Scott Martin and Dan Wright; one brother,
Donald Wilson of New Windsor, NY; one sister, Phyllis M. Hunter of St
Petersburg, FL and nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was pre-deceased by a brother, Norman Wilson.

Graveside committal services will be held Saturday morning, November 19th at
Eleven O'clock in Pine Crest Cemetery with Rev. Malcolm Grobe, Interim
Pastor of the Charlestown Congregational Church, Officiating.
 

The family suggest that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his
memory to the Upper Valley Humane Society, 300 Old Route 10, Enfield,
NH 03748-4207.
