Lillian Agnes Wagner, 92, of Main Street in Claremont, died Monday morning,
October 15, 2007 at the Haven Health Center of Claremont.
She was a native and life long resident of Claremont, NH born on February
16, 1915 the daughter of Joseph and Delina (Jolivette) Goulet.
Mrs. Wagner worked for several years in quality control at Split Ball
Bearing Company in West Lebanon.
She was a member of the SPCA and a communicant of St Mary's Church.
She was the widow of Edward G. Wagner whom she married on April 22, 1939 and
he died February 10, 1994.
The surviving family includes four sons, Paul O. Wagner of Claremont, Edward
J. "Joe" Wagner of South Lake Tahoe, CA, Michael E. Wagner of Denver, CO and
Carl A. Wagner of Memphis, TN; five grandchildren; seven
great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont
on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning, October 19th
at Eleven O'clock in St Mary's Church with Rev. Father Shawn M. Therrien,
Pastor, officiating.
Interment will follow in Union Cemetery.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her
memory to the Sullivan County Humane Society, Inc., P.O. Box 111, Claremont,
NH 03743.
