Marie Elizabeth Gustafson, 62, of Beechwood Drive in Cornish, NH, died Tuesday morning, April 25, 2006 at the Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center in Windsor, VT. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 9, 1943 the daughter of Karl and Christine (Hunter) Gustafson.  She lived in Ronkonkoma, NY for over fifty years and had been a patient at the Cedar Hill Nursing Home and Mt. Ascutney Nursing Home for the past four years. Miss Gustafson worked in management in the billing department for the telephone company for thirty years and retired from Verizon in Massapequa, NY in 1995. The surviving family includes one sister, Jean Weeks of Cornish; one brother, Karl Gustafson of Patchogue, NY and one niece and four nephews. There are no visiting or funeral services at this time. Interment will be at a later date in Coram, NY.
