Melinda Shawn Ainsworth-Kusiak, 37, of Readville, MA, died Wednesday
evening, December 14, 2005 at the Valley Regional Hospital in Claremont.

She was born in Townshend, VT on January 31, 1968 the daughter of William
"Shelly" and Sandra (Ainsworth) Stevens and has resided in Readville, MA for
the past four years.

She had worked as a credit manager in an auto dealership and as a nurses aid
in a nursing home both in the Northampton, MA area.

Melinda enjoyed crafts, was an excellent welder and wanted to work in the
legal system as a paralegal.

She was preceded in death by her father, William "Shelly" Stevens on April
5, 2005 and a half-sister, Jody B. Stevens in 1987.

The surviving family includes one daughter, Sarah Lynn Bennett of Claremont;
one son, Branden Tencati of Agawam, MA; one grandson, Evan Alan Lee; her
mother, Sandra Franklin and her companion, Andrew M. Prinn of
Unity-Claremont; her step-mother, Deborah Stevens of Goshen;
her step-father, Allen Franklin of Ascutney, VT; one brother, David
Christopher Ainsworth of Derry, NH; three half-sisters, Heidi Dickerson and
Bonnie Beaudry both of Goshen and Abby Stevens  of Clinton, MA; a very
special friend of Melinda's and the whole family, Gordon Kennedy of
Readville, MA; her maternal grandmother, Fernande Hubbard of Manchester, NH; her maternal step-grandmother, Helen Ainsworth of Westmoreland also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A time of fellowship and sharing will be held Tuesday evening from 6 to 8
PM, with a memorial service at 7 PM at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad
Street, Claremont, NH with Rev. Michael Hubbard an uncle from Texas along
with Rev. Ronald Prinn Co-officiating.

The family suggests that donations may be made in her memory to a drug Rehab or AA of ones choice.
