Mildred Bourgoine Richards, 75, formerly of 7 Heritage Drive, died Monday evening, October 3, 2005 at the Haven Health Center of Claremont.  She was born in Bellows Falls, VT on August 20, 1930 the daughter of Clifford E. and Mary (Wright) Silver.  She had resided in Claremont, Dover, NH, Springfield and Windsor, VT and many years ago in E. Hartford and Enfield, CT.   Mrs. Richards worked for the Town of Windsor, VT School District as a secretary and previously at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, also Ideal Laundry in Dover, NH, the Green Thumb Program in Springfield, VT and many years ago at Pratt & Whitney in E. Hartford, CT. She loved bingo, the Red Sox, reading, ceramics and had a great sense of humor. The surviving family includes two daughters, Cynthia B. Cleary of Storrs, CT and Donna Mae Rossi of Weathersfield, VT; two sons, Donald B, Bourgoine II of St. Croix, Virgin Island and John K. Richards, Jr. of East Hartford, CT; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; one sister, Barbara Adams of Windsor, VT and nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 PM in the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont, with Rev. Father Stanley J. Piwowar, Pastor of St Joseph Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Mt View Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Saturday afternoon from 12:30 to 1:30 PM prior to the services.
