Mildred O. Lozier, 87, of East Street in Charlestown, NH died Monday,
February 19, 2007 at the Haven Health Center of Claremont.

She was born in Hartford, CT on April 3, 1919 the daughter of Gustaf and
Edith (Kask) Olson.  She had resided in the greater Hartford, CT area most
of her life and lived in Charlestown since 1984.

Mildred retired from the Hartford Insurance Company in 1981 where she worked
as a clerk for 25 years and also taught art at the Intensive Education
Academy in W. Hartford for a short time.

Her first husband, Raymond Welch died in 1983.

The surviving family includes her second husband, Gerald Lozier whom she
married on Nov. 3, 1983; one daughter, Janice Tetreault of Manchester
Center, VT; one son, Richard Welch of W. Brookfield, MA; three
grandchildren; one sister, Eleanor Mitkoski of W. Hartford, CT; three
brothers, Walter Olson of W. Hartford, CT, Paul Olson of Colchester, CT and
Arthur Olson of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; also nieces and nephews.

Graveside committal services will be held Thursday, Feb. 22nd at 11 O'clock
at the Fairview Cemetery in West Hartford, CT with Rev. Nicholas  Davis,
Pastor of the Elmwood Community Church, officiating.

The Sheehan Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford, CT is in
charge of Connecticut arrangements.

The family suggest that donations may be made in her memory to the Intensive
Education Academy, 840 N. Main Street in W. Hartford, CT. 06107
