Patricia Ann Therrien, 70, of Phelps Court in Windsor, VT and formerly of
Foisy Hill Road in Claremont, died, Sunday morning, March 4, 2007, at the
Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center in Windsor, VT.
She was born in Groton, VT on March 7, 1936 the daughter of Philip and
Faustena (Hood) Bauer and had resided in Claremont most of her life.
She was a 1953 graduate of Windsor High School.
Mrs. Therrien worked as a bookkeeper for her husband at Ultra Precision
Products, Inc. for thirty years and retired in 1993 and also worked many
years in the office for Warner Cable Company.
She was involved with the Girl Scouts for several years, the fiske Free
Library as a friend and trustee for many years and also the NH State Library
Association as a treasurer for many years. She was an avid reader and
enjoyed her family and was a communicant of St Mary's Church.
She was the widow of Paul Noel Therrien whom she married on May 1, 1954 and
he died January 10, 2006.
The surviving family includes one son, Timothy N. Therrien and his wife,
Donna of Claremont; two daughters, Karen A. Kolash of Rockland, MA and Kathi
A. Osterlund and her husband, James of Cornish; six grandchildren; two
sisters, Phyllis J. Dunham of Claremont and Paula J. Silvester of Windsor,
VT and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Norman P. Bauer.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon, March 8th at One O'clock
in the Stringer Funeral Home with Rev. Father Stanley J. Piwowar, Pastor of
St Joseph's Church, officiating.
Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Thursday from Twelve noon to One PM
prior to the services.
The family suggests that donations may be made in her memory to the Fiske
Free Library, 108 Broad Street, Claremont, NH 03743.
