Penny Lynn Goodwin, 34, of South Main Street in White River Junction, VT,
died Sunday, June 3, 2007 at her home.

She was born in Hanover, NH on July 25, 1972 the daughter of Edward P. and
Barbara Jean (Dailey) Vysocky and had resided in White River Junction, VT
for the past five years.

Penny had worked for Rich's Department Store in West Lebanon and previously
did homecare for the elderly and retired due to disability in 1992.

She loved her family and was always helping others especially her mother.

The surviving family includes her husband, Michael R. Goodwin, Sr. whom she
married on May 14, 1988; three children, Michael R. Goodwin, Jr., Krystle
Lynn Goodwin and Brittany Jean Goodwin all of White River Junction, VT; her
parents of Hartford, VT and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service, with Pastor Elmer Murray officiating,  will be held at 7
PM on Thursday evening, June 7th  at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad
Street in Claremont with visiting before and after from 6 to 8 PM.
