Renee Marsha Mitchell, 61, of Broad Street, died suddenly Saturday afternoon, October 8, 2005 at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon.  She was born in Long Island, NY on May 25, 1944. She was a certified clinical social worker, an independent social worker for the State of New Hampshire and a private psychotherapist. Renee was a member of the State of New Hampshire Independent Social Workers, the American Psychotherapy Association and Adelphia, Masters of Social Work. She leaves her devoted loving spouse, Lauren Higgins.  She also leaves her mentor, teacher and friend Dr. Christine A. Barney. There will be no visiting hours or memorial service.
